1- Requirements Status
  - Initially did some structuring on Wiki, but it comes out to be very onerous
task. Therefore, SM proposes to have a Google (word)document to be shared by
other TF participants.
  - EY will be the editor of this document.   

2- Update on Application Requirements
  - EY will be happy to work on the application requirements.

3- Technical Face2Face
  - To accelerate work on the requirements, DS recommended to have a technical F2F, 
    where the participants solely focus on the first milestone.
  - SL proposed to have a meeting at the EGI TUF, but the task force consider this will be late for pursuiing the milestone deadlines. 
 
4- Testbed Preparation
  - While working on the architecture document, and getting proper insight on what is available (or not) in the existing open source cloud providers, 
    SM proposed to have a virtual infrastructure deploying any state of the art IaaS (OpenNebula and/or WNodes) solutions.
  - ASGC is in the process of setting up a StratusLab based IaaS infrastructure with multiple cores. More details will follow soon. 

5- Virtualization update
  - Virtualization plan?
  - To decide on, whether we need to merge virtualization requirements in one document, we could if we are not formally obligated to the DoW. 
  - SM recalled that, at the  EMI AHM, EGI delegatee raised a request to EMI consortium for considering their virtualization requirements.

6- AOB 
  - Regular telecon every two weeks
  - Update on Venus-C meeting
    - In the first week of February, meeting was held with Microsoft Germany on the Venus-C's preliminary architecture document and their future plans.
      The document is not public, but could be shared with other cloud task participants.
    - It is agreed at the project PTB level, once the EMI cloud architecture document is in adequate shape, will be distributed to the collaborating DCI cloud projects.
