''The fSWE (Fermilab Society of Women Engineers) provides an opportunity for Fermilab women in engineering and technology to be members of the Society of Women Engineers (SWE), an organization that helps stimulate diversity within engineering fields.''

We will have the opportunity to meet members of fSWE and learn more about their mission, activities, plans. We will also have the chance to discuss possible synergies between fSWE and CERN's WIT.

Roshanda Spillers-Nowlin, “Roshanda Spillers” a Computing/IT Associate II has been employed at Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory for over 25 years. She began her adventure of a lifetime in the Accelerator Division Electrical Engineering Power Supply Support Department and has recently moved to the Accelerator Division Engineering Controls Network Department. In addition to participating in several LRGs offered by the laboratory (African-American/Black Association, Fermilab Society of Women Engineers, Fermilab Young Professionals), she is a member of the EDI Task Force (Career Progression group). Roshanda states that she has taken the SWE SWE’22 conference slogan of “Aspire to Inspire” as her Motto and has been doing just that in her leadership role on the fSWE Outreach Subcommittee.
