- Lawrence Norris will look into options for academic excursions, e.g. to Cape Town or an SKA site. We will update the conference information when these details are available.
- The LOC will prepare and send letters of invitation to 1) the invited speakers and organizers, 2) speakers of contributed talks and 3) in-person participants.
- Abstract submission is open until June 30, 2023. A member of the organizing committee may submit an abstract for a contributed talk. All abstracts will be reviewed in early July and the authors of selected abstracts will be informed and receive invitation letters.
- We will circulate a table where people who wish to be picked up / dropped off at the airport in George may enter their arrival and departure details.
- We expect in-person participants to arrive on Sunday September 24, to facilitate arrangements for airport pickups.
- A number of invited speakers have not confirmed. We ask the relevant committee members to follow up and if necessary, seek replacements.
