    - Website: we would like to update the Sparks! website and are exploring options to do so, both internally and externally. Fabienne has a student who may be able to help us design a Wordpress website
    - We will need to get help for the upcoming third edition. Claudia will talk to Ana about hiring an admin student, as well as looking for a replacement for Lila.
  • We had a discussion with Zoe about her availability in terms of time for Sparks! later on in the year, goals to be refined

Public events

  • Lila working on terms of reference for the public events committee, will harvest feedback from James
  • We had an initial brianstorming session with Zoe to talk abotu the way public events will appear on the new visit website
  • After meeting with Fabienne, there will be work done on a design proposal for Sparks! rebranding, she may need a sense of the current look and feel of the website
