Description

The superconducting RF (SRF) technology is increasingly becoming the technology of choice for a wide range of particle accelerators. It has found applications in high energy and nuclear physics accelerators, spallation neutron sources, and light sources. The opportunities offered by the SRF technology, and its challenges, will be presented and reviewed.
