J.E. discussed the implementation of muon generation in GUINEA-PIG++. The generation of muon pairs is similar to the generation of e+e- pairs but the tracking is very different since the muons can be non-relativistic. First tracking results show that only 12.5 incoherent muon pairs should be created per bunch crossing in average. K.E. pointed out that this number is a lot lower than estimated previously. The discrepancy has to be understood.

J.S. and J.P. gave an update on the feedback performance. A tilt of the pre-isolator has been added to the simulations and the connection of girders can now have a kink. Accordingly the feedback controller needs to be re-optimized. Further investigations are required to fully recover the feedback performance. It was discussed which transfer functions should be used and how the controllers can be improved.
