How to submit appropriations requests:
1. Go to your Congressperson's web site and look for "appropriations requests" or "programmatic requests"
2. Use the following suggested language for DOE Office of Science, DOE Office of High Energy Physics, and NSF:
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1IzHRvft2kh_4_4ecfatkL6PTmJ-xQxk_fmdzBBcFgjk/edit?usp=sharing
3. You can add a few sentences about the impact on your organization, e.g. "my university works on neutrinos/dark matter/Higgs and HEP funding is critical to our research, student engagement, etc."
