   • Poster session. There are 2 things: Online and in-person

     • For those  who will present posters in person, please print format portrait A0, bring with you; then, you may hang it on Monday September 25, until September 29.
   • Conference proceedings: We intend to consider a conference proceedings to be published either in the African Review of Physics, http://lamp.ictp.it/index.php/aphysrev, or arXiv, https://arxiv.org/. We will circulate details in due course (template and requirements).
2.  Travels
   • If you need airport transfers in George, please fill in the googledoc;
   • for name tags, please fill in the same googledoc by Thursday September 21;
   • Even if you have already fill out the googledoc, we have added a column on dietary restriction for the reception and the conference dinner, and the coffee breaks. Please indicate your restrictions in the googledoc;

3. Code of conduct

   • If you are paying a registration fee, please make sure it is done by either bank transfer or in person in cash at the venue. In case bank transfer, please send us or bring the proof of payment. For cash at the venue, we will accept payment only ZAR, US$ or Euros .
