                       Apparently order of creating logical volumes affects visualization attributes

PR1175, ISSUE1166: Allow to load CAD files with relative path w/r to declaring xml file
PR1179, ISSUE1177: DDSim argument gun.energy is actually the total energy, not kinetic energy (fix comment text)
PR1181, ISSUE1180 Allow for XML processing of files relative to xml tag location
ISSUE1178:  NEW: Are 'surfaces' used by ddsim?
                      ==> Actually misleading: need to comment out certain plugins from the compact xml.
                              SurfaceManager, VolumeManager etc.
