SC23 status:
- Latest connection schema proposed by Tom attached to the agenda
- DTNs: Starlight (ready/have access), KIT (ready), CERN (ready but needs re-install), UVic (in prep ?),
- Collectors: ESnet (ready) - Andy working on it this week, collector is up and already receiving some sample fireflies with netlink data 
- Dashboards: CERN Grafana/Prometheus ready (Marian); 
                          CERN P4 probably not going to happen as we're facing issues with port mirroring (ticket was filed with Juniper)
                          R&E dashboard -  will be added to CERN Grafana using ES at ESnet
                          InMon dashboard TBD 
- High-touch: visualisation (in prep) - python workbook was shared by Yatish
- UCSD/Caltech interested to enable packet marking on their Kubernetes XRootd cluster (working with them to test this in the development cluster first)

RNTWG packet marking - list of activities:
- Collectors developments (needed):
.    - flowd extension to send netlink data (in testing for update fireflies; for "end" fireflies needs some R&D in time series data compression)
     - access to GEANT data source to check if we could show utilisation + fireflies side by side
     - what would be interesting to see in the R&E dashboard ? (see https://github.com/scitags/flowd#example-4 for list of avail. metrics)
.    - dashboard to show netlink data coming from flowd 
     - forwarding fireflies to another collector
- Storage and transfers developments
     - dCache (needs testing)
     - Rucio - scitags support ready in 32.4.0 (interface to FTS still to be done - but should be easy)
     - FTS/gfal2 - scitags support ready in FTS 3.12.11 and GFAL2 2.22.0

     - Use HBH option (instead of flow label) 
            - Extension header reachability/drop rate study needed
