Important deadlines and reminder:

  • 29th of February: submission of the 1st INFRADEV2 periodic report
  • Guidelines for IB endorsment of INFRADEV2 deliverables are available on google drive: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1gOqTCLC8VbG0XQ24Leq_kzvGMNo8SdtgfR-foCSfg2o/edit?usp=sharing 

 

Action points from the meeting:

For deliverables: 

  • Victoria will contact the EU project officer to make the change of the dissemination level of D3.2 and D3.3 official
  • Victoria will send a reminder to Piera for the deliverable D2.1 of WP2
  • Victoria (with Marco and Miles) will inform Uli of the D3.1 (Procurement Plan) submission on the 31th of December and ask for a quick IB approval as the document doesn’t contain any controversial information. 

 

For the periodic report

  •  Victoria will send a reminder to all participants at the beginning of January
  • Victoria will send the KM3NeT-INFRADEV template for the technical part of the report and provide a common document for all WP leaders to add their information. 

 

For WP5:  Miles will share his study on travel to WP5.
