Round table information

WP1

• [Sabrina] The project is open in the EU participant portal.
• [Tom] Meeting with iFast ... to discuss few subjects including the innovation fund and a possible participation from eastern Europe.
• [Adnan] A list of all proposed study cases or expressions of interest (through the white paper, letters of intent or direct contact) can be found [here]. A classification figure can be found below. Operation dominates the optimisation and anomalies detection categories while most simulation/modelling cases focus on future research infrastructures. This will help guide the driving cases in WP6 ; stretching to WP7 for operation related cases and WP3 for simulation centered cases.
• [Adnan] Gianluca Valentino is now leading the work-package 4.
• [Adnan] Coordination will be following closely the work of the different workpackages. Tom will follow workpackages 2, 3 and 4 and Adnan workpackages 5, 6 and 7.
• [Tom] The date of January 4th for a draft to be communicated to Tiara was because of a Tiara meeting. Tom will check and find out if that date can be postponed.

WP2

• [Emmanuel] Meeting with WP3 for boundaries clarification planned
• [Adnan] The slack is kept to communicate with the community and keep them engaged. A message will be sent soon. Courtney Allison from ESF will be in charge of this communication.

WP3

• [Carsten] Discussion on the hackathon part on Monday - to be renamed.
• [Carsten] Lists of tasks, deliverables and costs to be communicated soon.
• [Carsten] ARTIFACT endorsed during the annual scientific advisory committee at the Cockroft Institute.

WP4

• [Adnan] Gianluca is now leading WP4 and will need to form a group of participants. Coordination will help with that. WP4 will need to be broadened in order to reflect the wide impact and implications of the project.
• [Adnan] Lex Avstreikh from Hopswork is interested to join WP4 in best practices regarding data and computing for ML.

WP5

• [Andrew] Feedback on WP5 : meetings with Hopswork, Seldon, Soleil and EOSC representative. Different links with other EU projects. Hopswork is being considered for a co-leader role of WP5.

WP6

• [Adnan] There was a meeting with coordination this week. A list of study cases and interests as well as guidelines regarding strategic direction in link with other workpackages were to be given. This has been done. A second meeting is to be scheduled soon. A meeting with WP6 participants is to be scheduled soon.

WP7

• [Stefano] No news from Massimo Ferrario regarding a possible infratec-01-01 to be submitted by EuPRAXIA.
• [Stefano] A meeting to be scheduled soon with Adnan to discuss the details of the content of WP7.
