Follow-up to the condor quota problem reported last week

After our discussion about the migration from CC7 to Alma9 many jobs waiting in the queue were removed by Sasha. At that moment I could not report the quota problem, because we were well below our maximal quota. I was waiting then until somebody will submit many jobs again, so I could observe the quota problem again and report it to IT. During last week there were six submissions with many jobs, but they did not repeat the problem with quota.

I did not report the problem. Apparently, it disappeared. I will be observing condor behavior in next weeks.
