MEDICIS

• Last week #872M UCx, Ta was irradiated for production of K-43;
• We got again vacuum issues after irradiation but could still extract some K-43, even if not with the highest efficiency due to the vacuum issue;
• This week we have loaded ThC inside #848M and placed it on the MEDICIS FE. The target reached a very good vacuum of 5E-7 mbar. We intend to irradiate it indirectly on HRS from Friday until Tuesday morning for a Ra-224/225 run next week.
• Gas system work ongoing today and tomorrow.
