LAB256 - RPC
- All the gas from China arrived
- Humidifier is dismounted for the moment to be put in the new rack
- Review of the status of the gaps
- [ ] Start with 30% CO2 to check currents and efficiency for GIF detectors
- [ ] Compare the efficiency with last test beam
- [ ] Compare the currents with the last HV scan done at GIF++
- [ ] Check for availability of Fabio for 256 installation to be continued before starting
- [ ] HFC test: summary slides of R-32
- [ ] Check empty bottles to send back
- [ ] Gas bottles: check for Ar + ppm of O2 or H2O for uRWELL characterization. Not ordering now, just to check availability
- [ ] Measure the length of the removed cable from GIF to understand how long we need the new cables
LAB 256 - uRWELL
- [ ] Finish commissioning of mixer/gas system and monitoring
- [ ] Perform initial HV scans with premixed bottle
- [ ] Start using the available radioactive sources
- [ ] Check with RP the implications of having an X ray gun
ISE
- [ ] Take the material from 904
- [ ] Follow up measurements of ATLAS RPC
uLOOP
- [ ] Check with Pieter and Stef the code
- [ ] Start drawing hte electrical schema for Jonathan
- [ ] Ask Daniel which humidity sensor they have in DT
- [ ] Order the cheap filter
GIF
- [ ] Check humidifier rust in other humidifiers at GIF and in MID ⇒ ASAP
- [ ] Restart at GIF changing the HV module and board
- [ ] Change HV cables
- [ ] Test again F- accumulation on the gas system
Other
- [ ] Mixer from ETH ⇒ sending a volume filled instead
- [ ] Review the status of the humidifiers (linked) with GIF task above)
- Summer student:
- One for RPC, strong computer skills
- Analysis and recuperation
- Possibly one for uloop and monitoring tools for gas systems
