• Milestone for XRootD 5.7.0
• HTTP case-insensitive headers, use strcasecmp or not?
• PMark for HTTP/TPC - libcurl CLOSESOCKETFUNCTION not called if libcurl compiled with NSS support (i.e. on CentOS 7)
  • Need to verify that there will not be a memory leak in this case
  • Create a test that checks if libcurl links to libnss in the future (and fails in that case)

• Need a solution for OpenSSL 3.0 performance issues seen on Alma 9
  • Partly mitigated already, if no fix is possible in XRootD for remaining issues, will use OpenSSL 1.1 or 3.2
