DESCRIPTION:\nThe main objective of the hadron collider physics school (HA
 SCO) is to provide an overview of elementary particle physics with particu
 lar focus on hadron collider physics at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC). T
 his is done via lectures and tutorials on theoretical foundations of the S
 tandard Model of elementary particle physics as well as the modern experim
 ental techniques for testing it. Another focus is placed on statistical da
 ta analysis. In line with this\, an introduction to the software package R
 OOT and pp-physics at 13.6 TeV will be given. Moreover\, students will hav
 e the opportunity to discuss state of the art measurements and results wit
 h senior scientists in the field.\nThe school mainly targets Master of Sci
 ence students. However\, advanced Bachelor students or early PhD students 
 are also eligible and welcome to attend. Please contact your local advisor
  for further details.\nWe are accepting applications for HASCO 2024 until 
 23:59 CET on March 24 April 4 (updates deadline!).\n \nWe have published
