• Officials of the Regional Academy of Education for a meeting (Awaiting confirmation)

• A meeting with computing and software experts who will assist ASP2024 will be scheduled (hybrid)

2. High School Students Program on April 15-19:

• Received programs from Kenneth; Christine to submit hers by the end of the week.

• LOC intends to submit a detailed program for April outreach.

• Awaiting confirmation from Officials of the Regional Academy of Education for a meeting during the site visit.

• Academy to select the 10 high schools.

• Boski notes a potential overlap with another outreach organized by the African Astronomical Society hosted by Cadi Ayyad University and Oukaimeden.

• Emphasis on the need to ensure that they will not reach the same high schools.
