Q. Marco - how much to we coordinate across WPs?
A. Graeme - I believe we provide a coherent framework for the whole project, so we don't direct other WPs, but we supply the means by which from the outside we should look consistent (and have less focus on our internal WP structure externally).

Task 1 Discussion

• Neil: Would be worth considering what Open Research / Open Science topics would intersect well with research software quality for the seminars.
• Also environmental impact vs software quality vs software performance

Task 2 Discussion

• Neil: The big unknown is the intersection of software quality and the rapidly moving field of AI software code assistants like CoPilot.
• Shoaib: provide feedback on best practices centred in one domain to other domains also through project - how to organise that
• David: Links to Research Software Alliance and RSEs? How do we do it - WP1 or WP5?
• Neil: UEDIN was expecting to provide linkage to ReSA / RSEs in WP1 (we're not part of WP5). Would be good to understand if there is something that needs to be agreed about what the role of links to ReSA / RSEs is between WP1 and WP5.
