Cleanup of PDP extra env variables in stored configurations in ECS:

• we disabled `CALIB_CPV_GAIN` and CALIB_TOF_LHCPHASE in PbPb since both calibrations were too slow. Shall we re-enable them with the downside that we might not see the same problems in REPLAY and then stumble upon the same problem again for the next HI run? Or shall we ask the detectors to check on their side first?
