Abstract:
"Let’s start from the premise that a diverse and inclusive environment can lead to more creativity and more enriching collaboration. Yet very often diversity & inclusion (“D&I”) is associated only with progress on gender. And when that happens, we D&I practitioners lose a lot of potential allies and change makers who feel the topic is not relevant to them. Join Louise Carvalho, CERN’s Diversity & Inclusion Programme Leader as she shares the relevance of this topic and its broader scope to our daily interactions in the workplace. Bring your phones and some curiosity, you’ll need both."
