1) ISSUE970:  Support for digitization in ddsim
                       ==> On hold, but should be closed.
2) ISSUE1103: Allow isotrope generator to throw range around specified (reference) direction: Waiting for user
3) ISSUE1173:  memory issue for large geometries
                       ===> Discussion ongoing, but is not really an issue. Geometries have to be build not with brute force.
                       ===> Was a bug in TGeo caused by large number of daughters
4)  ISSUE1199: Persist hepmc vertex status code into output
                     ===> Should we eliminate Geant4EventReaderHepMC
                     ===> Decision: Geant4EventReaderHepMC will be removed
5)  ISSUE1200: Using rotation in DDCAD to rotate around z axis 
                      ===> Should be a non-issue (?)
6) ISSUE1233: Protect against wrong primary particle mass enhancement 
7) ISSUE1235: The format of command line parameters for ddsim

PR1244: Fix: propagate build type to included plugins and add corresponding example (Markus)
PR1242: CI: update which releases to test against
PR1240: Add multithreading support to ddsim

Problem currently with tests: 2 slots consistently failing. Cannot merge changes.

1) ISSUE 1239, PR1241: dd4hep_add_dictionary fails when INTERFACE_COMPILE_DEFINITIONS contains COMPILE_LANGUAGE cmake genex. (Andre)
2) PR1243:                        Fixed TwistedTube when only half-length is provided. (Alvaro)

Andre:         Will disable the de4v4 slots in the tests, since it is not DD4hep's fault it fails.
