 um\nIn this event we aim to strengthen the collaborations mainly among the
  Asian countries which are members of the experiments at the CERN-LHC. Add
 itionally\, the event also encompasses the participants from other interna
 tional high energy physics experiments dealing with big data\, where the A
 sian countries are participating like\, the BELLE \, BELLE2 \, DUNE\, IceC
 ube etc. This meeting provides a scope to discuss the computing issues for
  the coming decade and addresses the preparatory measures to be taken to f
 acilitate analyses in the best possible way. The objectives of this forum
  is to share experiences for the improvement of the computing facilities 
  of the Asian countries. It encompasses the network connectivity\, and con
 solidation of the computing infrastucture for the LHC experiments among th
 e Asian Tier sites.\n\n\n\nATCF8\n\nDuring the 3 day meeting\, the importa
 nt focus areas will be\, overview of the computing challenges in  the com
 ing decade\, status of computing for the experiment\, reports from the Asi
 an sites\, wide area networking\, LHCONE and different NRENs\, technology 
 update and HTCondor tutorials etc. This meeting will also include interact
 ion with experts with latest updates on different Grid computing technolog
 ies like Middleware\, HTCondor\, storage technologies etc..\n\n\n\n\n\nhtt
