• CVMFS jenkins updated to latest jenkins, and updated plugins multi configuration view not working

Geant4

• install pip packages with puppet https://www.puppet.com/docs/puppet/7/types/package.html#package-provider-pip
• http for xercesc still needed? (GDML schema). Still fails for windows
  
  • Schema validation will be upgraded to use HTTPS everywhere
  • Disable schema validation for windows
  • Then ticket can be closed cc Gabriele
