  3) Legal framework forms to be reviewed and additions made, if deemed necessary, by the end of Monday (20th) [VU, KTU, UT];
  4) Legal framework forms collated into a single annex for the state-of-play document by next Thursday (23rd) [Silva];
  5) Comments on the documentation to be implemented by next Thursday (23rd) [Kārlis];
  6) Short meeting next Thursday (23rd) to discuss any outstanding issues or unclear comments [everyone];
  7) Final comments implemented and the documentation package uploaded to indico for final review by Monday (27th) [Kārlis & Silva];
  8) If no further comments received by the end of Tuesday (28th), the documents to be uploaded to the EACEA web-portal [Silva];
