- We're asked to update before IETF 120

Storages
- Meeting with StoRM developers took place 2 weeks ago - discussed in detail the current technical specification
- The spec. is recommending that scitags headers (HTTP) are passed all the way to the source of the transfer while at the same time servers should have capability to marking/labelling packets on behalf of the clients
- For now our main client is FTS, but if in the future we want to process traffic coming from other sources/clients; we need to clarify how exactly storages should behave
- Proposed to update the specification to clarify how exactly storages should behave
- Specification to be updated based on the proposal from Luca (needs further discussion with dCache and XRootd)
