1. since the date of the CPOD 2026 have been fixed, i would like to suggest to create an "easy" indico page of the event: dates, chairs of LOC, topics
2. who will serve the LOC? have you been in contact with colleagues, ideally located at CERN
3. do you have a chance to ask for a secretary support?
4. estimation of conf. fee (coffee breaks + reception + dinner)
5. plans for IAC dinner?
6. child care - would be great to find out soon about the possibilities. I.e. is there a chance that family with baby stays in the CERN hostel? It seems there is an issues?
7. financial support: NuPECC, EMMI, HFHF, ...?
