PIC Tier-1 Site Report - 26 March 2007 ========================================= - lcg-CE: No relevant issues. - SRM-tape: No relevant issues. - SRM-disk: + On the 15-March at 20:00 the main PNFS DB was blocked, reporting that it needed a full vacuum. The whole service needed to be stopped then and the vacuum started on 16-March in the morning. It was running until 18-March around 00:00. + From 19-March till 21-March, the service has been unstable. Partly due to overload in the dcache srm server. We suspect this is caused by a huge load of srm requests coming mainly from the LHCb backlog. We do not have any tool to control this since these data flow does not come from any FTS channel. - glite-CE: We still get intermittent SAM errors in out gLite CE from time to time which we are unable to reproduce. This week has happened more often than any other week before. Still under investigation.
