Registration
Use the conference registration system (button above) to make the registration and pay the registration fee.
- If you have attended the previous AMCA conference registration system, please use the user account you have already created. If not, please create a new account by clicking on “New registration to the system”.
- After logging in, click on “+ New registration” to register for the conference and make the payment of the registration fee.
REGISTRATION FEES:
EARLY registration (paid) by June 19, 2026
Full delegate: 12,700 CZK (approx. 521.39 EUR)
Student: 8,800 CZK (approx. 361.28 EUR)
LATE registration (paid) from June 20, 2026
Full delegate: 14,700 CZK (approx. 603.50 EUR)
Student: 10,800 CZK (approx. 443.39 EUR)
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
The Conference secretariat must be notified by e-mail at amca@amca.cz in the event of the cancellation of the registration.
CANCELLATIONS TERMS
- before July 12, 2026: full refund of the registration fee, a handling fee of 150 CZK will be deducted
- from July 13 to July 31, 2026: 50 % of the registration fee
- from August 1, 2026: no refund
