We have prepared a selection of Wednesday afternoon excursions for all conference participants. All excursions start at 14:30 and are included in the conference registration fee (including transport, where applicable).

| [A] | Cyclotron U-120M — Nuclear Physics Institute (ÚJF), Řež max. 16 people 14:30–18:00 by bus Isochronous cyclotron U-120M is a multipurpose multiparticle accelerator which provides beams of accelerated ions (p, H−, D+, D−, ³He²+, ⁴He²+). | [B] | Tandetron — Nuclear Physics Institute (ÚJF), Řež max. 16 people 14:30–18:00 by bus The accelerator Tandetron 4130 MC, put into operation in 2005, is used for production of ion beams with energies in the range from 400 keV to 30 MeV of almost all elements of the periodic system for the trace element analysis by means of the nuclear analytical methods. | [G] | Prague Walking Sightseeing Tour 14:30–17:30 walking tour · approx. 3 hours A guided walking tour setting off on foot from the conference venue towards Prague Castle. The route (approximately 3 hours) passes the main points of interest of the historic centre: the Old Town Square, Charles Bridge, the Church of St. Nicholas in the Lesser Town, Nerudova Street and Prague Castle. The tour ends in the vicinity of Prague Castle — optionally, after walking through the Castle grounds, the group descends the Old Castle Stairs down to Malostranská. |
