Run preparation: Michael
==========================
iQi Runs are putting charge into Time Slice 4
Aleko will shift timing forward to TS2 today
Next week we can take a new run and then pretend it is real data.

For the Detector On Call Experts it would be very helpful to have sample DQM plots?
Can we produce some now and repeat on iQi runs?
>>> Todo: Josh slides showing DQM plots

Alexi has a proposal for ordering of fibers to help with spares fiber bundles. This is designed not to change Emap, see slides.
Sorina noted that a very careful validation of the bunker patch panel to USC connections was done last year. It is important that we have this verified.

>>> Good News: Lyia can spend 2 weeks at CERN. Best might be the end of the run.
>>> Todo: Michael introduce Lydia to HCAL opps and see if we can get some funding for her.

Matthew, Juan and Cole have been helping our new KU students learn ZDC Software.

Performance Paper: Ufuk
=======================
Ufuk has started a 2023 performance note on Overleaf, see https://www.overleaf.com/project/6575cad4ae8d909a738f9300. Alexi will be adding stuff this weekend.

>>> Todo: Maryland group should get access and work on RPD.
>>> Todo: Juan prepare TDC plots, Cole ADC, Matthew write up trigger and reconstruction.

Sorina commented that we should also be storing good plots at https://github.com/CmsHI/ZDC-RPD
