  This week wednesday - cooldown starts
  
  It is already purged with dry N2, several times, and the vacuum is now E-5 mbar
  
  The pumping will stop and we will keep under static vacuum when cooldown
  
  The pump replacement will only be possible during November as we are not sure if the angle valve (before turbo) is leak tight
  
  Suggestion of Alex is to use Penning+Pirani gauge on CF flange in a CF40 TEE, long control cables for both the turbo pump and the gauge controller.
  
  Install the gauge+turbo controllers in the rack in AD hall where the rest of the BCCCA electronics are located.
  
  Interlock logic suggestion is to use the pump speed signal (>80%) coming out from the turbo controller back, going into PLC to control a relay which then controls the angle valve before the turbo
  
  So we need to request EN-EL (1) Turbo cable, (2) Penning cable (3) Pirani cable and (4) valve relay cable. PS: there might be some cable already existing
  
  Implement these into the control GUI, with option to by pass the pump-speed based interlock for the first pumpdown.
