Fees:
The conference registration fee can be paid via this PayPal link (international participants) or via this link (participants from Brazil). Please make the payment by credit card until October 24. Please contact the organizers in case a bank transfer is instead required. The registration may be cancelled within 7 working days from the date of payment.
After the deadline the fees will have an extra charge of 10%.
The regular conference fees will be charged as follows:
- Full fee: USD $400
- Companion fee *: USD $125
*The companion fee covers the cocktails and the conference dinner.
Reduced fees upon request:
- Latin-American faculty reduced fee: USD $250
- Student or young researcher fee: USD $125

The fees cover:
- Conference venue
- Coffee-breaks
- Workshop cocktail
- Workshop dinner (except for the student fee)
Please be aware that student fee does not include the conference dinner, which can be paid separately (cost approximately USD $50).
The planned tours (city tour to Rio de Janeiro and weekend post-conference tour to Paraty) will need to be paid separately.
Financial Support:
There is a limited amount of funds available to support students, young researchers from Latin America and/or other participants who request support for:
- air-tickets
- accommodation (per-diem)
- fee reduction or exemption
Please contact the organizers to inquire about this possibility, with a statement detailing the type of support needed and justifying the request, as soon as possible. The deadline for financial support requests is 24/September/2025 has been extended until October 1, 2025 October 3, 2025.
