The poster session will be held on Wednesday November 12th, at 16:30 on the covered area in the gardens of CBPF. Refreshments will be served during this session.
Right before the poster session, students and young researchers are encouraged to give a flash talk in the auditorium to motivate the other workshop participants to visit their poster. The flash-talks session is scheduled for 15:30-16:25 on Wednesday, and each speaker will have 5 minutes to present.
The available poster holders are supports with hooks, and there is no printing facilities at CBPF, so we suggest to bring the poster already printed as follows:
- Size: maximum 120 cm height and around 90 cm width
- We suggest a canvas banner with top and bottom rods and a hanging string.

Para apresentação de pôster, atente-se às sugestões sobre a confecção do pôster:
• Dimensões: largura approx. 90 cm, altura máxima de 120 cm
• Montagem: o pôster deve conter bastões na parte superior e inferior, além de cordinha na parte superior para pendurar, em porta banner.
• O CBPF não imprime pôster.
