Ticket Options for CERN Alumni Third Collisions Event
We are thrilled to invite you to the CERN Alumni Third Collisions event.
As is customary with alumni reunions and conferences, for the first time we are including a modest registration fee for the event, which will cover the cost of catering, transport and other operational costs.
Ticket options
1. Early-bird Ticket (until 31 October 2023, 23:59 CET) - 60 CHF
2. Standard Ticket (as of 1 November 2023, 00:00 CET) - 95 CHF
3. Student Ticket (for Bachelor, Master, PhD students) - 30 CHF
Registration includes:
- Access to all talks, panel discussions and workshops
- Access to the jobs fair
- CERN visits including Science Gateway (subject to availability at the time of booking) and transport to the visit points
- Catering (welcome reception on Friday evening, gala dinner on Saturday evening, coffee breaks during the event)
- Networking and entertainment activities
- A shuttle will be available between the CERN site, Science Gateway and Restaurant 2 (Saturday evening)
Registration does not include:
- Accommodation (you can benefit from a special CERN Hotel offer)
- Individual transport
For the first time, alumni have the chance to bring along a family member or friend to enjoy the event together (please note that accompanying guests will be charged the full price of 95 CHF).
