* Glasgow and QMUL didn't receive DBReleases input files for both analysis and production. Eventually copied. New cvmfs distributes also DBreleases.

* QMUL recurring problems with the storage under load and also network bandwidth saturated isn't helping. Chris might try to upgrade.

Problems with WMS both at RAL and Glasgow

Wider discussion is pehaps needed on the current format. Is testing through WMS still useful in Atlas case? For example Manchester DEFAULT_SE not set for 10 days only affected 1 test not users. cambridge and other sites affected by WMS being overloaded. Is there a way to discount problems if it's not a site problem?
