Note about Plant-based food:
Our plant-based menu is inspired by the Thai ‘Jay’ culinary tradition, emphasizing meals prepared entirely from plants. It features a variety of vegetables, grains, legumes, and plant-based proteins, combining nutritional balance with vibrant Thai flavors. In some cases, dishes are creatively prepared to resemble the texture and appearance of meat, reflecting traditional Jay cuisine. While rooted in these principles, the menu is adapted for a modern, international context and may include ingredients such as garlic and onion. These menus are designed to be comfortable and suitable for both vegan and vegetarian guests, while celebrating Thai cuisine - and, ultimately, they’re for everyone.
