Instructions for oral presentations
- The oral presentations should be limited to a maximum of 17 minutes.
- There is a buffer of 3 minutes between consecutive talks to allow for a few questions if necessary.
- The presentations must be uploaded before the beginning of the conference. Please contact us if you have any issue.
Instructions for posters
- Poster presentations consist of the exhibition of an A0 poster (841 x 1189 mm2) and a flash oral presentation of no more than 3 minutes.
- The flash oral presentations can make use of slides if the speaker wishes, but the time will not exceed 3 minutes.
- During each flash talk session, the participants will be prepared to start as soon as the previous speaker ends his presentation (please confirm your schedule in the timetable). The questions should take place during the poster session.
- The files for both the poster and the flash oral presentation must be uploaded to the contribution page before the conference starts. Please contact us if you have any issue.
If you have any difficulties on uploading your contribution (there should be a button with pencil icon that would allow you to upload your conference material), please send it to us and we will upload it for you.
Printing services in Prague (not related with MPGD 2026)
There are printing services in Prague that you can contact. These services are completely separated from our organization, meaning you have to order them by yourself and at your own risk.
They are usually reliable, but we cannot guarantee you the fulfillment of deadlines on their behalf. The sites are in Czech but in principle you can communicate in English where necessary. The links point directly to the relevant pages on the sites.
Where to exhibit your poster
The panels to attach your poster will be available from around 13:00 of Tuesday, 1st of September. We will attach the number of your contribution to the right panel (we will send you a message with the number of your poster, but you can consult it in the contributions web page).
The zones of the posters will be organized according to the time of your flash talk, as in the scheme below. We will provide the necessary materials to attach your poster.
The panels will be removed on Wednesday evening, therefore, we kindly ask you to have your poster removed before that.
