Topology generation

• since summer, ~1x per month (luckily mostly on STG?) the checkout / reset of the O2DPG repository fails due to a corrupt local (already existing) clone
  • happended twice within the last 7 days (1x in PROD, 1x in STG)
  • solution: manually removing the local repository
  • reason unknown
    • network glitches?
    • file system?
  • fix by deleting the local repository in case of a failed reset and cloning from scratch. In case the second attempt also fails, exit and print an error.

    • tested locally on epn-infra01 from scratch and with a corrupt repository from last week
    • try to deploy with next SW update?
