Salient Points:

  1. The poster. We suggest that the designer starts from the poster of ACP2023 as a example of color contrast, pictures, texts and logos. From there he may make modifications for ACP2025 while maintaining the same level of quality for international standards. We expect an improved version during the coming weekend. We may, depending on what we received during the weekend and in the interest of moving faster, delegate the design of the poster to the person who did it for ASP2024.
  2. Registration and abstract submission. Please advertize the event in your networks and motiviate people to the register. The registration fees are set according the professional standing of the registrants. Students and LOC members do not pay registration fees. 
  3. Site visit. Only February 2025 works for the IOC. Prof. Amou to communicate with the President of the University to decide on the weeks in February 2025 for the site visit. Then, we need invitaiton letters. All these should happen before the Christmas break to allow for at least 2 months needed to make travel requests at our institutes. Therefore, we should converge on the date of the site visit and receive the invitation letters by early December 2024. 
  4. ASFAP symposium is attached to ACP2025 on September 22-25, 2025. LOC members are invited to join the ASFAP efforts still in progress. Program and logistics for ASFAP will be discussed separately with the ASFAP committees.
  5. LOC email list. The LOC will send an updated list, in particular for the email addresses that currently are not working, thus generating returned emails.
  6. AOB
    • We will start discussion on logistics and scientific program from the site visit forward.
    • Our next meeting will be on December 4 at 14:00 UTC.
