1. The chair of the panel  introduced the  framework, the change,  and the timeline for the review work to be performed by the panel

2. First impressions were collected — to be reflected in the google doc (see below) in the following days.

3.  Agree to invite Dennis Coyne (Caltech) to join the panel  (invitation already sent) 

4. Next steps 

Panel members are asked to introduce comments in the google doc  (link accesible in this INDICO page) until Dec 11th

Chair will prepare slides and v0 of the report based on the information  provided by reviewers 

Meeting of the panel with  ETO and CERN   scheduled for 16th Dec 3:00 PM CET  with an anticipated duration of about 4 hours.   INDICO and Zoom will be announced in advance. The format of the meeting will be discussed with ETO in view of the comments from the panel.
