Pair produced top quarks have been observed to possess spin correlations consistent with the Standard Model of Particle Physics since shortly after their discovery. However, until recently the quantum nature of these spin correlations has largely been unexplored. Quantum entanglement has recently been observed between top quark-antiquark pairs produced at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) marking the confirmation of quantum mechanics at the highest energies produced thus far. In this talk, I will discuss the recent observation of entangled top quarks performed by CMS in the dileptonic decay channel.
