Issues:

1. Network intervention 21.01 was not transparent -- resulted in spike of upload failures from WNs, as well as failed transfers from antares to ECHO.
2. ETF tests for RAL show WARNING occasionally because of the CVMFS IO errors on the WNs.
   • Error counters should be reset.
