HCAL: Imformation collected so far are all encoraging

• CAD drawaing provided to CERN integration team
  • logistics from CERN surface commissioing to the experimental area to be considered

  • need to itemize task lists for

  • last presentation showes promissing expectaition to detect v_e interaction
  • need to discuss 
    • trigger efficiency based on possible configuration
    • position / energy resolution
    • additional components, i.e, veto scintilator

  • how we discriminate v_e from charm from v_e from light quark
  • implication in nuclear / astophysics
  • implication in particle phsics, e.g, improvement of higgs prod. cross from PDF unc. 

ECAL: still need to understand how it works

• assembly itself in USTC takes time?
• high energy muon available (~1 Hz/cm2) in CERN surface area (EHN1) and the experimental site (TI12) is not enough?
• need beam test with electron beam?
• trigger rate?
