Dear Colleagues,The ongoing Update of the European Strategy for Particle Physics will guide the direction of the field for the forthcoming years. A major step to involve the community at large in the process is the discussion of the submitted inputs which will take place at the Open Symposium in Venice Lido (Italy) on 23 - 27 June 2025. All the scientific and organisational details of the Symposium can be found at:The period for registration is now open. The attendance fee is 350 euros for registrations received before April 13. The late registration fee is 450 euros. A reduction is granted for students and the fees amount to 200 (300) euros for early (late) registrations. The registration includes the welcome reception, coffee breaks, social dinner and conference material. Four lunches (Monday to Thursday) are included in the conference fee as well. They will be served at the premises of the Conference Centre. An abstract is mandatory (see the deadline above).
Notification of acceptance or rejection will be sent to the submitters by March 31st.
