3. Ticket system, investicate & solve EUChina sites problem

4. 2nd voms maintenance

5. Give trainning to chinese admins of SAM & 2nd voms. 
   Write EUChina SAM & 2nd voms installation and configuration guide. 
   Help chinese admin of SAM to setup SAM clients in IHEP.
