CVMFS: Sites with cvmfs installed see problem from time to time. There is no official deadline for sites to switch to cvmfs. If sites want to switch to cvmfs they can do this but they should apply some fixes.

Atlas activity in T2s are back.

All sites are online in production.

RAL: 
Files on tape were unavailable. The tape got disabled last week because there was a problem with the metadata on it. Solved.

The SRM database which was suffering from deadlocks caused many transfer failures. Fixed.

One disk server  was unavailable on Sunday. Problem fixed on Monday.

RHUL: Problem with DPM mysql.

Missing DB release (ATLAS responsibility).

Cambridge:
dpm-gsiftp service was stopped after DT and caused lots of transfer failures. Fixed.
