The online proceedings will be made available on the APPEC website as a PDF file.

- Invited plenary speakers: 5 pages
- Poster contributions: 2 pages
- Exhibitors / food sponsors: 2 pages
- Regular sponsors (400 €): ½ page (regular participants from industry can still upgrade their registration (+150 €) until after the meeting (Dec. 1st). Please contact the organizers if you are interested to contribute 1/2 page to the proceedings, introducing your company.)
- Submission format:
- PDF file for text and captions for figures (no special format for text needed)
- Word files are also possible
- Plots, graphics or photos: .jpg, .png, or vector graphics are possible
- The final design will be done by the editor.
- Submission deadline: 31.12.2025
- The contributions can be uploaded to the contributions of the talk/poster. Please enable the "protected" switch to allow only the organizers to view your documents.
