<li>JCP presented a summary from the last HFM meeting</li>
<li>Question from Ezio on schedule for the first Nb3Sn coil and the first copper one: JCP replies that from the start of the first copper coil to having again the winding tooling free it would take about 8-10 weeks </li>
<li>DEADLINE: Message from Ezio, we must have results on 14 T BOND by Christmas 2026 (ESPP update)</li>
<li>Question from Ezio on dummy structure test: JCP confirms that there will be a validation/characterization of the mechanical structure using dummy coils (but not smaller mock-ups or additional tests)</li>

<p>Nicholas Lusa (NL) showing a summary on the mock-up status:</p>
<ul>
<li>NL presented the general status of the mock-ups</li>
<li>Question from M. Guinchard on the size of the gaps that need to be measured. NL and Jose Ferradas (JFT) reply that the order of magnitude is 7 mm for the tooling and 3 mm for the pole</li>
<li>M. Guinchard (MG) suggests that capacitive sensors are not the correct method for this type of measurements on first instance with the available sensors. He suggest to start with video systems (first with the empty setup and then with the cable) in the available oven with windows. In parallel, the development of other sensors can be done</li>
<li>MG also proposes to validate the sliding system using one of their vertical presses with 650 Deg and measure the sliding force</li>
<li>ACTION ITEM: NL to coordinate with MG for the tests with the video system. Also to check the possibility of the test under the press. <strong>NL and MG to make a proposal on a test campaign.</strong></li>
<li>Nicolas Bourcey also suggests to consider reacting our coils in the oven with windows and monitor them as well</li>

<p>Discussuion on coil / structure instrumentation:</p>
<ul>
<li>MG proposes standard instrumentation for the Al-shell (FBG+SG). JFT asks about the possibility of adding various sections (~ 3) with distributed fibers, everyone agrees.</li>

<li>Coils: Nicholas Peray to discuss with MG and fix a strategy</li>

<p>Discussuion on magnetic instrumentation:</p>
<ul>
<li>Lucio Fiscarelli (LF) confirms that they are working on a device for 50 mm aperture magnets within HFM (with the smallest encoders). Design is on-going, objective is to have it before end of the year.</li>
<li>LF to check the outer diameter of the tube they are considering now</li>
<li>The issue is that encoders and the probe becomes too small if the aperture and outer diameter goes to/below 45 mm</li>
<li>47-48 mm could be feasible (outer diameter tube) but it's the limit. Also standard for tubes impose constraints on size</li>
<li>Today there is no device for measurements on 50 mm</li>
<li>Comments as well on the possibility of using an anti-cryostat</li>
