Venues
For logistic reasons ICHEP 2026 will use two different venues. The first three days of parallel sessions will take place at the Praiamar Natal Hotel & Convention Center whereas the last three days of plenary talks will happen at the Natal Convention Center. The two venues are roughly 20 minutes walk from each other in the Ponta Negra beach neighborhood.

Accommodations
Natal is a world-famous tourist destination with a large hotel infrastructure. You can find a list of hotels here. You can also book through the designated travel agency (see below)

Travel Agency
There is a designated travel agency SunLine (sunlinetur.com.br) that offers better hotel fares for ICHEP participants if you book through them. Of course you can book directly with these or any other hotels in Natal.
If you need some help with flights please contact the Travel Agency SunLine (sunlinetur.com.br). This agency will negotiate discount rates with some air companies.
Natal International Airport
Natal has a modern international airport (NAT) with direct flights from Lisbon, Montevideo, Buenos Aires and several major Brazilian cities, such as São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Brasília Fortaleza and Recife.
The airport is located approximately 50 km from the Convention Centers and one can take an Uber, taxi or pre-arrange a pick-up from the agency Anauê (anaueturismoeeventos.com.br,+55-84-99149-2484).
The official airport taxi (white cars) fares from the airport to the Ponta Negra beach neighborhood, where ICHEP 2026 is taking place, is R$ 125 (info).
The price for Uber rides can be approximately R\$ 65 (Uber X) R\$ 90 (Uber comfort) to Ponta Negra beach, but can vary depending on the time and traffic. Follow the usual precautions of checking the plate number and only requesting rides via app (do not "hail" or accept a random driver).
